Welcome to NoBuzz. By accessing or purchasing from www.nobuzz.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing errors at any time. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST) will be added at checkout where required.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. NoBuzz reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the NoBuzz name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is the property of NoBuzz Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

5. Use of Product

NoBuzz bracelets and essential oil capsules are intended for external use only. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Keep capsules out of reach of children under 3 years old. NoBuzz is not a registered insecticide and results may vary based on environmental conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBuzz Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
