1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every NoBuzz product. If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund or replacement — no complicated forms, no hassle.

2. How to Request a Return

Email nobuzzcontactca@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or confirm a no-return refund), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

4. Exchanges

Need a different color or pack size? We'll exchange your item for free. Just include the request in your return email.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened essential oil capsules cannot be returned. Bracelets can always be returned regardless of use, within the 30-day window.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
