We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across Canada and the United States — no minimum required.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Delivery Times

Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: Add 2–4 business days

Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to the US are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no surprises at delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at nobuzzcontactca@gmail.com and we will resend or refund at no charge.
